We can accept payment in Pounds or Euros
Change overs are normally on a Saturday but we can be flexible if needed.
The rate plus cleaning contribution is an 'all-inclusive' rate for the whole property, there are no other charges or taxes. Prices include all bedding, towels (except for the pool) and a welcome pack.
We require a 25% deposit on booking and the balance eight weeks before your stay. Your dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. We will formally write to you with all our contact details once the deposit is received to confirm your payment and that your holiday is booked.
We do have a strict cancellation policy, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the holiday after paying the final sum, i.e less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday this is also not refundable. By signing the booking form you are agreeing to these conditions.
